RS 11:1501 - Establishment of retirement system; powers and privileges There shall be a retirement system which shall be administered and managed by a board of trustees for the purpose of providing regular, disability, and survivor benefits pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter for clerks of court, their deputies and other employees, and the beneficiaries of such clerks of court, their deputies, and other employees.
