RS 11:1502 - Name of system The retirement system established by R.S. 11:1501 shall be known as the 'Clerks' of Court Retirement and Relief Fund' and all of its business shall be transacted, all of its funds shall be invested, and all of its cash, securities, and other property shall be held in that name.
