RS 11:21 - Purpose of Subpart The purpose of this Subpart is to comply with the requirements of Article X, Section 29(E)(1) of the Constitution of Louisiana that the legislature establish for each state or statewide public retirement system, a particular method of actuarial valuation to be employed.
