RS 11:2165.7 - Application The provisions of the applicable Tier 1 plan shall apply to Tier 2 for any matter on which this Part is silent. In case of any conflict between the provisions of Tier 1 and Tier 2, Tier 2 shall prevail. Acts 2012, No. 719, §1, eff. June 30, 2012.
