RS 11:3031 - Creation of Retirement System for employees of City of Bogalusa There shall be and is hereby created the City of Bogalusa Retirement System for appointive officers and permanent employees of such City, for the payment of retirement annuities, disability annuities, and death and withdrawal benefits to said officers and employees, and annuities and benefits to their dependents and beneficiaries, after stated periods of service and upon fulfillment of certain conditions as hereinafter set forth.
