RS 11:311 - Purpose The purpose of this Subpart is to assure the members and retirees of the state and statewide retirement systems, the state and her political subdivisions as employers, and the taxpayers of Louisiana that the monies held in trust for the benefit of public employees are not used directly or indirectly to support terrorist activities.
