RS 11:3199 - Payments to be reduced when fund is insufficient That if at any time there shall not be sufficient funds in such Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund subject to disbursements to pay each person entitled to the benefit thereof, the full amount per month as herein provided, then such monthly payment or payments shall be made pro rata to each beneficiary until the said fund shall have been replenished sufficiently to resume payment in full to each of said beneficiaries. Deficits to each beneficiary shall be paid when said fund shall have been replenished sufficiently to make these back payments. Designated from Acts 1952, No. 15, §10 by Acts 1991, No. 74, §3, eff.
