RS 11:3203 - Member participation That members of the said fire department, as used in this Firemen's Pension and Relief Act, shall constitute every man actively in the employ of said Fire Department of the City of Bossier City, including the operators of the fire alarm system as specified by the State Fire Underwriters who are paid by the said fire department.
