RS 11:3311 - Firemen's pension and relief fund for the city of Lake Charles; creation There is hereby created a Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund for the City of Lake Charles, and a Board of Directors, to administer and disburse said fund, in order to provide for the pensioning of members of the Fire Department, the widows and minor children or the dependent mothers and fathers of the deceased members of said Fire Department, and to permit the retirement and pensioning of members of said Fire Department after the required length of service, all as is hereinafter provided.
