RS 11:3445 - Member participation Members of the said Fire Department as used in this Part shall constitute every man actively in the employ of said Fire Department of the City of Shreveport, including the operators of the fire alarm system as specified by the State Fire Underwriters who are paid by the said Fire Department; and further includes all persons presently receiving or entitled to benefits under this Part before its amendment.
