RS 11:3568 - Bossier City; exemption from taxation and judicial action The right of a person to a pension, an annuity, or a retirement allowance, to the return of contributions, to the pension, annuity, or retirement allowance itself, and to any optional benefit or any other right accrued or accruing to any person who is a member of the Policemen's Pension and Relief Fund for the city of Bossier City, and the monies in the various funds of the pension and relief fund, are hereby exempt from any state or municipal tax and exempt from levy and sale, garnishment, attachment, or any other process whatsoever, except as provided in R.S. 11:292, and shall be unassignable except as is specifically otherwise provided.
