RS 11:3631 - Police pension fund; creation There is created a police pension fund for the police department of the city of New Orleans, for pensioning all officers, members, and employees of the police department in the city of New Orleans, their widows, children, and widowed mothers. Redesignated from R.S. 33:2281 by Acts 1991, No. 74, §3, eff. June 25, 1991.
