RS 11:3641 - Investment of funds The board may from time to time invest the avails of the fund, in whole or in part. The investment shall be made in bonds of the United States, or in bonds of the state, or in bonds of the city of New Orleans, principal and interest of which are payable out of an ad valorem tax.
