RS 11:3722 - Financial reporting The condition of the fund as of December thirty-first of each year shall be reported to the governing authority of the municipality by the board's secretary every January. In addition thereto, at least every three years the board shall employ a qualified actuary who shall, as of December thirty-first of the immediately preceding year, make an actuarial valuation of the fund and make recommendations required for sound funding of the fund.
