RS 11:3729 - Members affected The provisions of this Subpart shall apply to any and all widows and dependents of members of the Shreveport Police Department as of 12:00 P.M. on the first day of January, 1969. Said provisions shall apply to the members of the police department as of July 31, 1968. For the purposes of this Subpart, all applications which are pending and/or not finalized on said date shall be governed by the provisions of this Subpart.
