RS 11:3763 - Board of trustees; composition A. The 'Board of Trustees of the Bus Drivers' Department Pension and Relief Fund of the City of Monroe, Louisiana' hereby created a body politic, and shall be composed of: (1) The President of the 'Bus Drivers' Pension and Relief Fund of the City of Monroe, Louisiana', who shall be ex-officio Chairman of said Board. (2) The Vice President of the 'Bus Drivers' Pension and Relief Fund of the City of Monroe, Louisiana'. (3) The Secretary of the 'Bus Drivers' Pension and Relief Fund of the City of Monroe, Louisiana'. (4) Four active members of said Bus Drivers' Department to be elected at the time and in the manner specified for election of officers as hereinafter provided for. B. The Secretary of said Board shall be chosen by a majority vote of the members of said Board, and shall be elected at the time each new board takes office.
