RS 11:3775 - Disability benefits to cease upon recovery or refusal to return to work Any member receiving a pension for disability, who refused to return to duty in the Department upon recovering from said disability, shall forfeit all claims to further benefits hereunder, provided that an opening awaits said member in the Department upon such recovery; the matter of openings in employment is to be subject to the contract currently existing by and between City of Monroe and the Amalgamated Association of Electric Street Railway, Motor Coach Employees, Local No. 1160.
