RS 11:408.4 - Ability to contest signatures Nothing in this Part shall be construed to limit or otherwise affect the rights of any person to assert that an electronic signature is a forgery, is used without authority, has been altered after the signature was applied to the electronic document, or otherwise is invalid for reasons that would invalidate the effect of a signature in written form.
