RS 11:452 - Renunciation; retirement benefit or allowance The Louisiana State Employees' Retirement System is hereby authorized to promulgate rules and regulations in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act to permit the irrevocable renunciation of a retirement benefit or allowance. If such rules and regulations are adopted, any renunciation thereunder shall be deemed to be made pursuant to this Section. The provisions of this Section shall have retroactive effect.
