RS 11:583.1 - Continuation of benefit Notwithstanding the provisions of R.S. 11:583 or any other provision of law to the contrary, any employee of the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries who was awarded disability benefits by action of the board of trustees after November 1, 1984, but before December 31, 1984, shall, regardless of whether such award was valid, continue to receive benefits under and subject to any restrictions in this Subpart.
