RS 11:61 - Purpose of Subpart The purpose of this Subpart is to comply with the requirements of Article X, Section 29(E)(2)(a) and (3) of the Constitution of Louisiana that the legislature determine and set all required contributions to be made by members of state and statewide public retirement systems.
