RS 11:616 - Deferred Retirement Option Plan; Initial Benefit Option; Annual Cost-of-Living Adjustment Option A. A member who is eligible for regular retirement may elect to participate in the Deferred Retirement Option Plan in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 11:447 through 454, or the Initial Benefit Option provided by R.S. 11:446(A)(5). B. Any member of this plan may elect to participate in the Annual Cost-of-Living Adjustment Option provided by R.S. 11:446(A)(6). Acts 2010, No. 992, §1, eff.
