RS 11:751 - Rounding of service credit at the time of retirement At the time of retirement or beginning participation in the Deferred Retirement Option Plan, any fractional part of a year of the member's total service credit shall be rounded to the closest one-tenth of a year but shall not exceed one hundred percent of a year.
