RS 11:793 - Renunciation; retirement benefit or allowance The Teachers' Retirement System of Louisiana is hereby authorized to promulgate rules and regulations in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act to permit the irrevocable renunciation of a retirement benefit or allowance. If such rules and regulations are adopted, any renunciation thereunder shall be deemed to be made pursuant to this Section. Acts 1995, No. 142, §1, eff. July 1, 1995.
