RS 11:794 - Change of beneficiary A change of beneficiary for a member or retiree of the Teachers' Retirement System of Louisiana shall not be effective until a properly executed, original change of beneficiary form is received by the Teachers' Retirement System of Louisiana, and such form must be received prior to the death of the member.
