RS 11:81 - Purpose of Subpart The purpose of this Subpart is to comply with the requirements of Article X, Section 29(E)(3) of the Constitution of Louisiana that the legislature shall determine dedicated taxes for statewide public retirement systems not covered by the provisions of Article X, Section 29(A) or (B) of the Constitution of Louisiana.
