RS 11:810 - Conflict with other law Any member of the Teachers' Retirement System of Louisiana who is paid from school food service funds and whose employer has not terminated its agreement with the Department of Health, Education and Welfare, or its successor, for such employees, shall be governed by all of the laws, policies, rules and regulations which govern the Teachers' Retirement System of Louisiana except where they are in conflict with the specific provisions of R.S. 11:802 through 808 and in which case said specific provisions shall govern.
