RS 11:857 - Compensation of investment advisors The board of trustees of the Teachers' Retirement System of Louisiana is hereby authorized, in requesting proposals for investment advisory services, to require that fees shall be quoted as a fixed fee, a fee based on market value of assets, or a performance fee.
