RS 11:901.15 - Certification of money required; limitation; payment The board of trustees of the teachers' retirement system of Louisiana shall determine annually the amount required to pay the cost of the benefits provided by this Sub-part and shall certify such amount to the state auditor, but the amount so certified shall not exceed in any one fiscal year the amount of $460,000. The state auditor shall thereupon issue a voucher to the state treasurer authorizing him to pay the amount of said voucher as so certified to the board of trustees of the teachers' retirement system of Louisiana, whereupon the treasurer shall and is hereby authorized and directed to pay the amount out of the state public school fund.
