RS 11:901.28 - Allocation of funds for benefit purposes; amount There is dedicated or allocated out of the state public school fund of the State of Louisiana the sum of twenty thousand dollars annually, or so much thereof as may be necessary, beginning with the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1942, to be paid by the State Treasurer in the manner hereinafter directed to the teachers' retirement system of Louisiana out of the avails of the said state public school fund of the State of Louisiana, for the purposes hereinafter set forth.
