RS 11:901.3 - Certification of annual fund requirements to State Auditor; limitation; vouchers The board of trustees of the teachers' retirement system of Louisiana shall determine annually the amount required to pay the cost of the benefit provided in this Part and shall certify such amount to the State Auditor, but the amount so certified shall not exceed in any one fiscal year the sum of two hundred fifteen thousand dollars ($215,000.00). The State Auditor shall thereupon issue a voucher to the state treasurer authorizing him to pay the amount of said voucher as so certified to the board of trustees of the teachers' retirement system of Louisiana whereupon the said state treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to pay said amount out of the avails of the general fund.
