RS 11:901.7 - Conformity to allotments by Director of the Budget; expenditures No expenditures shall be made pursuant to this Part except in accordance with allotments made by the Director of the Budget pursuant to work programs filed by each spending agency with the Director of the Budget. The expenditures of the departments and agencies for which appropriations are made herein and the incurring of obligations to spend money shall conform with such allotments as are established by the Director of the Budget or the Budget Appeals Commission.
