RS 11:942.9 - Conflict with other laws Any member of the Teachers' Retirement System of Louisiana who participates in the alternative contribution plan shall be governed by all of the laws, policies, rules, and regulations which govern the Teachers' Retirement System of Louisiana, except where they are in conflict with the specific provisions of R.S. 11:942.1 through 942.8 and in which case the said specific provisions shall govern.
