RS 11:951.3 - Pensions, benefits, etc., exemption from seizure The right of a person to a pension, an annuity, or a retirement allowance, to the return of contributions, the pension, annuity or retirement allowance itself, or any other right accrued or accruing to any person under the provisions of this Part and the money in the various accounts created by this Part shall not be subject to execution, garnishment, attachment or any other process whatsoever, except as provided in R.S. 11:292, and shall be unassignable except as specifically provided for in this Part.
