RS 11:952.33 - Early service retirement Any member who has not attained age sixty-five may retire on an early service retirement allowance upon written application to the board of supervisors setting forth at what time, not less than ninety days subsequent to the execution and filing thereof, he desires to be retired provided that at the time specified for this retirement the member has thirty years or more of credited service at any age, or the member has attained age fifty-five or over and the sum of the member's attained age and years of credited service will equal at least eighty.
