RS 12:1024 - Regulation by state board of certified public accountants of Louisiana Professional accounting corporations shall be subject to the discipline of the State Board of Certified Public Accountants of Louisiana and its authority to adopt rules and regulations governing the practice of accounting, pursuant to the Louisiana Accountancy Act.
