RS 12:1312 - Managers A. The articles of organization may provide that the business of the limited liability company shall be managed by or under the authority of one or more managers who may, but need not, be members. B. The articles of organization or an operating agreement may prescribe qualifications for managers. C. The number of managers shall be specified in or fixed in accordance with the articles of organization or an operating agreement. D. If a manager is listed in the articles of organization, an amendment thereto, or a supplemental report, a municipal address, which shall not be a post office box only, shall be indicated for each such manager.
