RS 12:449 - Amendments to articles of association The articles of incorporation may be altered or amended at any regular meeting, or at any special meeting called for that purpose. Any amendment must first be approved by two-thirds of the directors and must be then adopted by a vote of a majority of all members of the association. Amendments to the articles of incorporation, when so adopted, shall be filed in the same manner as required for the articles, in R.S. 12:448. Amendments shall be effective when filed in accordance with R.S. 12:448. Renumbered from R.S.1950, §12:359 by Acts 1968, No. 105, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 1969.
