RS 12:499.4 - Application of laws; conflict of laws The provisions of Chapter 2 of this Title 12 shall be applicable to cooperative housing corporations, and they shall enjoy the powers and privileges, and be subject to the duties, restrictions and liabilities of other corporations except where inconsistent with this Part. This Part shall take precedence in the event of any conflict with the provisions of Chapter 2 of this Title. Acts 1990, No. 857, §1.
