RS 12:981 - Terms defined As used in this Chapter: A. 'Professional dental corporation' means a corporation organized pursuant to this Chapter for the practice of dentistry. B. 'Professional dental limited liability company' means a limited liability company organized pursuant to this Chapter for the practice of dentistry. C.
