RS 12:987.1 - Liability of holder of interest in a limited liability company A holder of an interest in a limited liability company has the liability imposed by Chapter 22 of this Title. Nothing herein shall be construed as a derogation of any rights which any person may by law have against any owner of a membership interest or manager of a dental limited liability company.
