RS 13:10 - Judicial administrator; emoluments and benefits; retirement The supreme court may fix the salary of the judicial administrator by rule. The judicial administrator shall be entitled to all emoluments and benefits applicable by law to district judges and shall be subject to the same retirement provisions.
