RS 13:1140.1 - Separate environmental docket of the Civil District Court for the parish of Orleans or successor court A separate environmental docket of the Civil District Court for the parish of Orleans, or the successor to such court, is established into which the public authority, as defined in R.S. 33:1373(B)(6), or other party may request allotment or transfer of cases brought pursuant to R.S. 33:1373.
