RS 13:1274 - Transcription for purpose of appeal In case the transcription of the court reporter's notes shall be requested by a litigant, after judgment, for the purposes of an appeal, the whole cost of such transcription shall be paid primarily by such party, but ultimately shall be taxed as costs.
