RS 13:1308 - Registry of court The sheriffs, clerks or other officers of the civil district court of the parish of Orleans shall deposit with the judicial depository, selected by the court, all moneys, notes, bonds or securities, except such notes or documents as may be filed with suits or in evidence, which shall be kept by the clerk of the court, coming into their hands, and make written return thereof, within forty-eight hours after the same has been received by such officer or officers.
