RS 13:1384 - Criminal district courts; office or positions and functions Each criminal district court in the parish of Orleans shall have a position or office of judicial administrator, deputy judicial administrator, and assistants, at least thirteen law clerks, and at least four secretaries and shall provide for the conduct of the jury commission and sanity hearings, the cost of all of which shall be appropriated in the appropriation bill which provides for judicial expenses and shall be allocated by the Judicial Budgetary Control Council to such court.
