RS 13:1410 - Family courts; authority to hire law clerks Each judge of a family court in Louisiana is hereby authorized to employ a law clerk, provided funds are available, to perform such research duties as the judge who employs the law clerk may assign. The salary of each such law clerk shall be fixed and paid on the warrant of the employing judge. Added by Acts 1981, No. 588, §2.
