RS 13:1589 - Co-operation; information and reports It is hereby made the duty of every parochial and municipal department or officers thereof, to render all assistance to and cooperation with the court within his or its jurisdictional power which may further the objects of R.S. 13:1561 through 13:1592. All institutions or agencies to which the court sends any child are hereby required to give to the court or to any officer appointed by it such information or reports concerning such child as said court or officer may require.
