RS 13:1630 - Law clerks Each judge of the juvenile court is hereby authorized to employ law clerks to perform such research duties as the judge who employs the law clerks may assign. The salary of each such law clerk shall be fixed and paid on the warrant of the employing judge by the governing authority of the parish of East Baton Rouge. Acts 1990, No. 158, §1, eff.
