RS 13:1831 - Service of petition and order Except as otherwise provided in R.S. 13:1833, the petition and order shall be served, by any method authorized by Louisiana law, upon respondent and any person who has physical custody of the child. Acts 2006, No. 822, §1, eff. Aug. 15, 2007.
